Default Cessna's new LSA: "Skycatcher"

It is typical that the sales agreement would adjust the price of the
aircraft at delivery by the difference in the average CPI for 1982
through 1984 and November of the year prior to when it is actually
delivered?

I can see making CPI adjustments based on July 2007, but to go back 25
years seems to unfairly weight this in Cessna's favor. Or am I reading
section 7 of the agreement wrongly?

Kindest regards,
