The soldiers (all captains it appears) are all from the British Army's
Army Air Corps - wearing the distinctive light blue berets.





And what is the medal the Prince Charles is giving her ??


Apart from the royal feel of approval, I have no idea, possibly a service
medal, although they've been quite active in the Gulf.
