No, limited isn't for special use aircraft.
The B-17 Nine O Nine flown by the Collings Foundation is licensed in the
"Limited" category as is Crazy Horse, the TF-51D flown by Stallion 51.
Those are two I know off the top of my head.
Limited category is no longer available as I understand.
