This is perfect IFR practice weather! It just doesn't get any better
than this here in PA. Consistently low, but not too low, ceilings,
decent visibility and enough rain to keep things interesting. Perfect!

Not here. I'm on the 36th floor and can't see the ground looking
straight down :-( I suppose it would be good for practicing missed
approach if I had the time (sigh).
