So not everyone is quick to assume laziness on my part and respond as
such. Clearly in the 10+ years of reading RAH and attending RAH
flyins I refrain from posting here until all other alternatives have
been explored.

So perhaps if you had told the full story at first, the whole picture would
have been more clear and you would have gotten a better response.

Although you perhaps are not lazy, you must understand that many here are;
thus the quick jump on your case.

Sounds like they had lost your plugs, and suddenly found them after checking
their receiving records. It would make me wonder about them, but all
companies drop the ball, at least occasionally.

You're right Jim! But sometimes its wise not to show your full hand.
I didn't know who, if anyone, was at fault or even if there was fault
to be had. I certainly didn't want to bad mouth a good company when
they did nothing wrong. Perhaps the shipper lost my plugs and found
them after my inquiries, finally delivering them. Maybe the folks at
ASPS simply went on vacation for a few weeks. The curiosity trigger
for me was the cessation of ASPS's advertising in T-A-P coincident
with my problem. But even that could be for a good reason.

Like you I am in NC and not SoCal. Dumass me though I could shake the
bushes of RAH for some local scuttlebutt about the company. But thats
OK I've long ago developed a think skin for this and other internet
news groups.
