I have the same problem, but no old "lower cpu speed computer" so I
solve the "Runtime error 200" first loading cpu with a heavy cpu use
program as Flight Simulator X and then simultaneously run
"cai2igc.exe".

Try http://www.brain.uni-freiburg.de/~kl...cal/runerr200/ to solve the
runtime error problem.
