Well, time is logged from the time the aircraft begins movement towards
flight until it comes to rest afterwards. I've logged 10 hours just waiting
in line for takeoff from OSH {;-)

You can also up the ante by bringing it back to 1800 RPM and hanging it 5
knots from stall going both ways.
