regards to Marshall Plan reconstruction aid, and instead *forced* military
supplies into Russian ports against the will of the government, with the
hope that a Cold War would rage for the next century, making Europe dependent
on US largess.


The Marshall Plan was for the civil reconstruction of West Germany. Stalin was
already considered an enemy by that time, why on Earth would the United States
"force" military supplies on the Soviets other than a few items already agreed
upon during the war?
