Default Connies, Pt 2 - 002index.jpg (1/1)

I sent the photo of the Blue Angel Connie to friends who are Blue Angel
aficionados. If the Connie was tail number 8, and there are four in the
diamond with two solos, what aircraft was number 7? Any ideas?
Thanks for the great series. In 1962 I flew from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to
RON at Zanderin, Dutch Guiana (now known as Suriname) and then on to
Charleston, SC on the last Embassy support flight that MATS flew around
South America using a Connie. I think they then phased in the C-141 for the
Capitol Run, Tom
