I've often said this myself. I think it takes a combination of the two
elements,skill and luck.

The emphasis is on skill but you need a certain amount of luck as
well.
I've had my share of good luck; a few times come to mind where for one
reason or another I apparently left at least part of the skill back in
the safety briefing :-))


Well, particularly at the beginning, luck is key. Can't plan on it
though!
