I received a card in the mail from the FAA offering FREE Integrated
Airman Certificate and/or Rating Application (IACRA) training.
Apparently IACRA is replacing old FAA Form 8710-1. Here's the link:

the moment. It really gives you a feeling for their (in)competnece by
having the FAQ file not found in conjunction with their mailing. :-(
