Why don't you just build a Kitfox? They burn 5gph and can go 110mph.
They are a lot better looking than an old Ercoupe, and the visibility
with plexiglass doors and turtledeck is awesome...

That's just...wrong. An Ercoupe looks like a cross between a
Constellation, a P-38, and a VW bug. It's just....cool!
