OK.......I bet you use this photo for some sort of observational awareness
test. It goes something like this.....

You briefly show the photo to someone and instruct him to make mental notes
about various details in the photo.
You ask the test subject about some minor detail in the photo.....let's say
"Which way is the penguin looking?"
You get the answer, "What penguin?"
You are probably pretty sure that this subject will not make a very good
eyewitness in a courtroom setting.
