Next time you want to visit the restoration museum do one of the following:

Go on the first trolly ride on Friday morning. They spend half the time
looking at the static displays (with narrative from LtCol Dave Seiler, USMC,
Ret) and then go through the restoration building on a tour.

Or, after a Blue Angel practice or anytime you are near that building just
go in and ask if someone will kindly show you around. They are really
gregarious people, Tom in Pensacola

Navy was compact, maintained, modern and fresh. Air Force was spread out
everywhere
with a wide variety of presentation, old & new. Oh, I'm an Air Force Guy
too.

Both were great but each with it's own character.

The only thing I missed at Pensacola was the opportunity to stroll the
aircraft
storage area behind the restoration hangars. That would've been
interesting. Walked
through one lane to get to the bleachers for the Blues practice, but that
was it.
