validation routine which can be downloaded he

At present we don't have a Windows DLL for that since there was no
need for it until now.

Tim already answered... in fact others have created DLLs *even for non-
approved loggers/downloads for the very reason that there are many
uses of IGC files outside of "official" IGC reasons. * In fact, SeeYou
has a Vali routine which validates a G-Record it creates to IGC Spec,
so they obviously saw a need. * The only issue is/was whether there is
a standalone DLL that doesn't have to run under the DOS shell. * Since
G72Win does, I thought it might be possible that SeeYou would have
one. * As usual on R.A.S., we got a lot of commentary which doesn't
answer the question *:-)
