56-1999 Douglas C-133A-15-DL Cargomaster

Due to FAA and possibly State Department restrictions, that concept

Initially went to Pima Air and Space Museum collection but returned to
DM by 1975.
Abortive sale to Dominican Republic which resulted in a Dominican
registration of HI-246 for a brief period while still at DM.
Purchased in Feb 1977 by Maurice Carlson of Anchorage, AK as N199AB.
Now with Cargomaster
Corporation of Anchorage, AK, made first flight Aug 29, 2002 after
restoration.
Reported to have been donated to Jimmy Doolittle Air and Space
Museum at Travis AFB, CA in 2008. Departed Anchorage Aug 28, 2008,
arrived
