Default Subaru Diesel Boxer

I think you can go full 150 HP if you want to and need it, you will

This corresponds nicely to what Philippe wrote:
[[Ce moteur peut sans problème donner le 150Cv prévus pour la voiture en
continu voire plus si tu conserve le couple maxi a des rpm plus élevés
(méthode utilisée par thielert).]]
"This engine can deliver without problem the 150 HP as in the automotive
application, even more if you keep up the couple at higher RPM's; the
same method was applied by Thielert"

And yes of course we only want max. power for just the couple of minutes
of take-off; I thought that was mainly an ease on the cooling requirements.

this diesel is a new design not based on a petrol engine base. you can
probably go WOT for 5-7 hundred hours, it is still a new car engine,
but what I have seen it just got good words, if some bad things is
built in we will have to wait some years to hear about it.

Sounds good, thank you. What is WOT?
