I bought 2 generic gas struts for my Ben Greene trailer for $9.95.
Not a typo (less than 10 dollars). I bought them from an RV store.
Rv's use them for many reasons, one for instance is the bed inside
that folds up to store stuff underneath it. They fit great. Now when
I raise the trailer, I can do it with one hand and I don't even have
to push hard. Perfect fit, looks nice too.

Ben Greene must have had spinal discs made of stainless steel. I take
it he was a Haas. Before that, the trailer was very heavy to open.
Took both hands and ice on my lower back afterwards.
