Winter Flying, pt 2 - Domodedovo.jpg (1/1)
So, what's the scoop on this picture, such as about what year, and where?
Sure is desolate, and it seems odd, seeing so many rows of parked
aircraft.
Not much different from any Canadian airport east of the Rockies from
December to March, except the tea in the terminal will be better and the
coffee, likely worse.
Really? I never would have thought it.
I am just surprised to see so many parked aircraft, not at gates, obviously
not ready to take aboard passengers. It seems like most US airlines planes
are all used 24/7, except when they are down for maintenance cycles.
So do that many people just not travel in the winter, or at night, or what?
How does the other half live, I guess I am asking.
