Default Unit identity request

UH-60L that came through Boeing Field a couple days ago.

I'm guessing it might be based at Fort Lewis a few tens of miles south
of Seattle, and perhaps Army Reserve or Washington Army National Guard
- and thinking the patch on the engine housing is a Big Clue - but I'm
still drawing a blank.

Coinkydinkally, one web source indicates this aircraft served with the
Colombian Air Force for a spell in the 1990s, which might account for
the repainted patch on the tail boom and unusually located "United
States Army" text.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
