Hi at All,
i'm looking for information about the bombardment of my city (Bologna in
Italy) inside the operation "Pancake" realized from MATAF the 12 october
1944.
I know that it's a big operation for destruction of supplies and
equipments and were used B-17 and B-24.
Where did they take off from North Africa ? What was their journey ?

More precisely, if you can, i'm looking for information about the
portion of the bombers that the same day dropped the bombs in Borgo
Panigale (now a district of Bologna) on the Ducati factory.
