It's just that I volunteer down the street from where these were built and
most if not all the time I only see them on floats. Wheels on a Beaver are
rare around here.

Beavers on floats we have in spades on Lake Union, about a mile east
of my home. (Okay, the farthest one is an Otter; lots of those,
too...)
