You could take it a step further. Add on to the rack to make it able to
hold 3 bikes on each side. Land, quickly mount up 6 soldiers with full gear
on bikes, and dismount. 6 troops on bikes could carry a lot of gear a great
distance, in a big hurry. That could be a pretty formidable force, I would
think.

How about fully armored 4 wheel ATV motorcycles? Are they made? Seems like
they could be made to withstand even a land mine. Small and quick enough
that they would be a whole lot harder to hit with a rocket propelled
grenade. Put a squad on an Osprey, and go out and rock 'n roll!

The problem with the armoured ATV would be that the ATV would likely be of
some use after a mine strike, but anyone on it would likely be toast.
