I suggest that you leave an email AND send a letter.

Unfortunately, Supervisor Stone's "Constituent Assistance Request
Form" limits you to 500 characters. I must be long winded because
that wasn't NEARLY enough for me to adequately express my opinions and
the reasoning behind them.
