I may be missing something. *That link takes me to the current Sports
Class Handicaps. *There is no mention anywhere on that page or on the
SSA site in general, of proposed 2010 Sports Class Handicaps. *Are
they simply not changing from last year?

The HP handicaps have already been changed. If your handicap has not
changed then it is probably the same as last year.
