But do you have a mix of customers down there, too? I haven't checked the
region you're moving to, but isn't this mostly tourism? In Iowa, IIRC, you
have the stadium, hospital, the city itself, ...

Yeah, it's all tourism on the island. Kinda spooky, given the tentative
state of the economic recovery, but I'm betting that we're through the worst
of it.
