I suspected that your first question was simply a play on words, and did not
respond at the time. The exhibit is an aircraft starter truck as described
in the following link:

As to why the truck is at the museum, I would surmise that it is aircraft
related and was thus deemed to be an appropriate addition to the collection.

Now go and get me a shrubbery ;-)
