Flights from Parowan will transition into SLC's area, but also
others. This leaves us with the situation where you should apparently
change your squawk code as you complete a cross-country task, a
nonsensical proposition for folks who are not talking to controllers.

This needs clarification.

I almost never use 1200 - we have been allocated 0400 by Tucson.
