The static area at the Thunder over Michigan air show had lots to see, including seven, count 'em, B-17's a B-24 and a couple of B-25's. I did not pay extra for the photographers' package, and I declined to go up on the scissor lift. I guess I've turned into a cheapskate now that I am a pensioner.
Anyway, here is the first of three batches of pictures taken of the static area.
