I'm not that well up on the Harrier but there are certainly some that are
two seaters.
The T.2 was introduced as a two seat training aircraft and the T.12 is a two
seat operational variant I think.
I'm fairly sure there are other two seat variants as well.
It's odd but I cannot remember seeing many two seaters.
