Not a huge jump. Â*PC gamers have a choice of several head tracking
systems which work with a player jumping about the living room.
Tracking a pilots head is less difficult since it need only track
pitch and yaw. Â*Some IR LEDs on the glasses frame and a low-res video
camera would do it. Â*It might even work with the "Track IR" system
supported by Condor Competition Soaring Simulator.
Head tracking would allow a very interesting 'augmented reality'
display of remote thermal detection data.
