Default (USA) Grand Canyon airspace update

The FAA's charting office (NACO) has delivered on their promise to
properly depict the Grand Canyon Special Flight Rules Area (SFRA) in
the National Flight Database (NFD).

I have some Google Earth snapshots of the new airspace, and the kml

Reminder for justsoar.com subscribers: the NFD does not assign a
restriction type to GC SFRA (calling it "OTHER"), but the justsoar.com
flux capacitor codes the airspace as RESTRICTED.
