maybe you're just giving users bad advise, you seem to be getting a lot of
complaints.
Manufacturers when they get a radio back regardless of if there is an actual
fault or simply an installation error and nothing wrong with the radio has
to tag it as "repaired", it can't go back out as new once it's been sold and
returned so this isnt' any indication of an actual fault. My calls to Edmo
(My distributor also, they are the brand name holders of Flightline
products) have always indicated they have sold a lot of these and had very
few actual problems. I know I don't get the complaints you are suggesting

My distributer must be having a quite different experience with the
FlightLine Radios. *Today he has 33 instock and 22 repaired in stock.
I must be selling quite a few more radios than W&W since I have had
several conplaints with each of the barnds, *New Microair, *Xcom, and
Flightline.
Thanks

Oh Boy! I would not talk about complaints. Its sort of like calling
the kettle black.
I also offer 7 days per week service, and a better value for customers
on all the equipment. Not the normal 9 to 5.
