They are Democratic Republic of Congo insignias. Not the current one,
the old one, as today's Democratic Republic of Congo (the 2nd) is the
former Zaire, itself the former Democratic Republic of Congo (the 1st),
former Republic of Congo (not democratic), former Belgian Congo.
