Looks like what we used to call a snaking/dutch roll.

IIRC the B707 suffered from this problem in it's early flight testing.

Failed yaw damper? That is a BAD case of Dutch roll!


I did some Googling and found one comment that said the aircraft flight
controls failed after takeoff and that the only means of control was the
engine power settings.
