I've had several for several USAF, NSA and CIA projects including "Q"
and subsections of TS.

I fail to see the point you are making.

OK, since it is obvious you have never actually held a clearance I
will keep it simple. If person A and person B each hold an identical
clearance but work for different activities A doesn't have a need to
know what B is doing.

BTW, there's no such thing as a USAF clearance. The confidential,
secret and top secret clearances are DOD.
