Given lack of radioactivity or extreme chem/bio hazard, no reason
not to try. Even the dynamited Nordhausen complex was re-entered
years later.

If you have ever held a security clearance you'd know just having

I've had several for several USAF, NSA and CIA projects including "Q"
and subsections of TS.
Bull**** , if you had a security clearance at any level you would
recognize why.
