Sunlight readable Oudie - get yours upgraded!

Out of completeness of the thread I owe you the battery life with "Automatic brightness" setting turned on.
We were able to measure 2 hours and 21 minutes with the Automatic Brightness feature turned on under office conditions (where the backlight is more or less at its minimum brightness setting).
So pretty much what you can get out of your "dark" Oudie with brightness turned to the maximum level.
Hmm, so what do we learn?
- At full brightness, the old Oudie was usable at office conditions.
- The new Oudie consumes 350mA at office conditions.
- At the same brightness, the new Oudie wastes 100mA more than the old
Oudie.
(350mA vs 250mA according to your previous post).
- Nobody knows yet how much the new Oudie will consume at the
advertised maximum of 900 nits.
Anyway, why is it still the same lousy pixel resolution (even the
ancient hx4700 has more!), and why not transflective?
