Samedi 5 mai vers 17H sur l’aérodrome de Buno-Bonnevaux
(Essonne) en marge du championnat de France de Vol à Voile,
la Fédération Française de Vol à Voile déplore un accident mortel.
Trois pilotes expérimentés ont trouvé la mort après une collision
en vol entre un Piper Pawnee, avion remorqueur en phase de
descente, et un planeur biplace de type Slingsby. La collision
s’est produite à proximité immédiate de l’aérodrome, en dehors
de toute procédure de décollage au treuil contrairement à ce
que pourrait laisser supposer la reconstitution en images de
synthèse diffusée par un média national.
La FFVV et l’Association Aéronautique du Val d’Essonne (AAVE),
et leurs présidents respectifs, Jean-Emile Rouaux et Christian
Chavignaud, s’associent à la douleur des familles des pilotes,
et travailleront en étroite collaboration avec les services de
gendarmerie et de l’Aviation Civile pour déterminer précisément
*les causes de l’accident, et en tirer les conséquences éventuelles.
La Fédération présente toutes ses condoléances aux familles de
nos trois amis, qui étaient tous d’excellents pilotes, très
expérimentés. La FFVV apportera tout le soutien possible à leurs
proches.
Le monde de l’aéronautique est un milieu très soudé et très
solidaire, cet accident touche toute la communauté des vélivoles.
