The U.S. House of Representatives and Senate have introduced new
legislation to bring back the military draft in order to include
women.

Not only is the Bush administration against a draft, but all the services are
being ordered to get to their force level numbers (that were allowed to be
exceeded since 9/11) down to the mandated levels by the end of FY 04. The USAF
alone must get rid of 30,000 officers, NCO and enlisted. Seems you got a gripe
with this bill, the Bush administration is your best ally.
