How would you take off or land in a 20kt wind? Think about the
scenarios and wing angle of attack for higher wind speeds.. Just
sitting on the ground the wing is a big sail...

Maybe it still works easily if you turn the aircraft perpendicular to
the wind, so the wing isn't a big sail.
