Moriarty is back on a 7 day per week schedule. A few days ago, I got off
at 1,100' AGL (7,300' MSL) in 18 kts lift, climbed to 15,000' and headed
out. Top of the flight was 17,800' MSL. Ah... High desert soaring. It
just can't be beat for reliability!

After a decent 70 degree yesterday. We're back to rain (snow up north) in
wi. One of these days I hope the runway will no longer be the swampy morass
it is now.
Supposedly it is spring here is the frozen tundra, but it sure doesn't seem
that way.

Ugh I think I need to get out of the great white north. 100 miles north of
Me they got 12-18" of snow. Heck they even went out and groomed the Birkie
cross country ski trails yesterday.
