Does anyone use a tug tow hook that releases automatically whenglider kites?

Gliders with nose hooks don't kite. They may be flown out of position but kiting effect due to low and aft hook is eliminated.
Certification now requires nose hooks for aero tow, in part due to findings of studies described before.
