I lived in the region for about 9 years and couldn't get back to the
southwest quickly enough. I guess it all has to do with what you're used

Elmira (Harris Hill) is in the Finger Lakes Region of New York. It is one
of the most pleasant places in the world in the summer. I've spent
several vacations there.
