Yeah, that's pretty fascinating.

Yes it is when you repeatedly can't seem to produce the specific FAA
Procedure that shows you are correct.

Excuse me? You're the one that now says that there are no procedures
requiring NORAD to scramble fighters.

LIAR. FAA regulations do not specifically tell NORAD to scramble AC.

If you want to claim that the standard operating procedures for
US air defenses were followed on 9/11, you'll need to provide
some evidence for that. Until then you've no credibility at all.

No, that's not how it work, sparky. You are the one making the claim.
Prove that the procedures weren't followed.

It is already clear that they weren't.

If Boosh was truly strong on National Security he would have had each
and everyone of these AC intercepted and determine if they were going
to question the interceptors air superiority and instructions to force
them away from densely populated areas and known targets (NYC and
D.C.) by the procedures already in place for errant, HJ'ed and other
emergency situations AC, all which by the way, are covered in FAA
Procedures.

"covered in FAA Procedures"? but you just said that FAA procedures
don't require NORAD interceptors to fly.

So squirm all you want, Bryan. You're caught in the headlights. You
claim that all would have been well if FAA procedures were followed.
Yet there are no FAA procedures requiring NORAD to launch aircraft.
How can non-existent procedures be followed?
