It usually is, but since this is a pretty heated election, I imagine turnout
will be high on both sides. It seems that a small percentage of the
population who are not partisan determine elections, perhaps less than 20%.

That said, all the indications are Bush will win, at least if history is any
indication. The economy doing very well and improving if the latest job
growth numbers are any indication. And Iraq doesn't seem to be too big a
concern to most Americans, and in any case the majority understandably don't
seem to trust Democrats on matters of national security. I prefer Bush, but
even if I did not I think I would put my money on him at this point.
