This is a finished and flying ship. It required over 2000 hours to build with
extra attention to electro/mechanical details. It has about 116 flight hours
on the Hobbs meter. The helicopter is based at Camarillo Airport and can be
demonstrated to a serious prospect. I am asking $55,000 for the ship, but I
will be very reasonable for the right buyer. It will be an outstanding buy for
someone!

Our helicopter was recently featured as part of a construction series by Jeff
Dunham in KITPLANES magazine. Jeff used many of our photos in his articles.
The November 1997 issue shows the ship well. The N number is N952CM. The
helicopter has always been hangared and has had all required maintenance,
including the 100 hour maintenance. Everything is in excellent working
condition.

Our reason for selling the Exec 162F is that we are currently building a fixed
wing project. We plan to use the money from the helicopter sale for the
construction of our new project.
