Every soaring season, a notorious bunch of reprobates terrorizes the GTA circuit in their Standard Cirri. IN GTA land, in which Chilhowee figures prominently, these outlaws are known as "The Cirrus Thugs". While Tony does not usually reside in GTA territory, I submit that his presence and performance at Chilhowee condemns him as an associate of that wicked band.
