I have added lots of new stuff on the Russia Website.

There are new pilot testimonials, performance graphs, a great soaring
story by Bill Jackson (RSAS section), and pictures from the 1998
Soaring
Convention (RSAS section).

So stop by and see what the Red Star Aggressor Squadron has been up
to.

Chad Moore, Russia Webmaster-

I read somewhere that new redesigned rudder pedals for the AC4 are
available for the cost of shipping. Any information about that?-

My father had the pedals and cable replaced in his after some in flight
excitement. After delivery the replacement pedals construction was
shockingly amateurish and didn't match the dimensions of the original
pedals. Rather that argue further and incur more delays and cost the
improved "S" tube and bell flare was removed and transferred to the old
pedals professionally by a shop. and thus a working non-chafing assembly
was made with official parts. I can have him contact you if you would
like more info. he does not frequent R.A.S.

Ha. Well the thread is yes. The most recent question for which I contributed a hopefully helpful answer is not. despite being over seventeen years old many AC-4s still are still flying are fine performers and his concern is relevant. If your objection is Paul's comment was off topic. Perhaps it was but it was already so before his comment. Were this a moderated forum we could lock the thread.
