Default Why aren't bars more common at US soaring sites?

We don't have a bar at Moriarty, but I have a well-stocked fridge in the
hangar. I don't need to wait for "all gliders". In fact, I pop a cold
one /_before_/ putting my ship to bed. Makes the work seem much less
tedious. Then, put a chair out on the tarmac in the shade and watch the
late flyers come home. ;-)
